Hardware System Engineering Program Manager, Home and Health

• Manage the development of Health and Home hardware products and drive the overall execution and strategy of the team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality, and manufacturability.
• Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Lead resolution on key technical issues and the communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Act as the interface between joint development partners and cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in hardware system engineering program management, team leadership, or product design engineering.
• Experience in phase gate product development.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
